Senior Vice President of Strategic Partnerships
Mitch is responsible for finding and creating the right strategic partnerships for the Elan business. He has significant business development experience within the industry including both American Express and Discover.
National Sales Director
Chris has over 12 years of banking experience with a focus on building relationships in the payments arena. Tenure with Elan Financial Services has included time spent in product development and relationship management roles, with the past three years dedicated to business development.

Matt has spent the last 20 years working on Elan Financial Services business, serving in leadership roles within finance, business development and sales. He enjoys driving growth through partnership and working towards improving the best agent credit card program in the business.
General Manager, Elan Credit Card
John Owens has 28 years of experience in the banking and insurance sectors of the financial services industry. John currently is the General Manager of the Elan Credit Card division of U.S. Bank, issuing and servicing credit card programs for over 1,300 financial institutions, representing $8B in balances. In previous roles at U.S. Bank, Mr. Owens managed the co-brand credit portfolio ($3B, 140 partners), the debit program (6th largest in the country) and launched the prepaid business at U.S. Bank ($1B in sales volume in 5 years, the largest prepaid portfolio in the US at the time). John has also directed the research and analysis of emerging payments for U.S. Bank. Prior to his tenure at U.S. Bank, he ran the merger and acquisitions group at ReliaStar, Inc. (now part of the ING Group).
