Elan Financial Services, an agent credit card issuer, announces new enhancements and a design refresh to their Client Resource Center.
The Client Resource Center is the one-stop-shop for Elan’s credit card program partners. It has been refreshed to provide a streamlined user experience, improved content organization and useful performance tracking. The site is used by Elan’s partners to submit applications, track promotions, enroll in marketing efforts and access all reporting options.
New enhancements to the site include:
- • Refreshed Homepage Design: All applications have been consolidated into one location for ease of use. The homepage banner has been updated for clarity. Navigation Tabs at the top of site have been streamlined and similar tasks have been combined into shared tabs.
- • Personalized Dashboard: This tile-based format allows employees to view their personal sales information for the current month and year-to-date. Managers will have the ability to review performance metrics across their entire institution.
- • New My Application Tracker: Allows managers and employees to see the status of any credit card application. The tracker will help provide oversight into the overall application process as well as streamline any potential “next steps” dependent on the status.
These enhancements will allow Elan’s partners greater visibility and insight into their credit union's credit card business.
