Elan Financial Services finalizes 79 new credit card agent relationships during 2016

Elan Financial Services (Elan) in 2016 partnered with 79 new financial institutions to offer agent credit card solutions.  From banks and brokerages to savings and loans and credit unions, these new relationships cover over two million customers and members.

 

A number of factors in the marketplace increased consideration for financial institutions to work with Elan, including: an ultra-aggressive card rewards environment, continually increasing compliance burdens, increasing focus on efficiency, and the digital technology expectations of cardmembers. These factors, among others, motivated a growing number of financial institutions to utilize Elan’s solutions.

Increased access to digital innovations, including: text alert capabilities, fingerprint authentication for mobile applications, support of additional digital wallets, and geolocation.

Upgrades to Elan’s online partner integration tool to help partners manage the card business with the addition of a reward card microsite, peer group comparison tools, survey capabilities, and increased training assets.
