Tennessee Valley is headquartered in Chattanooga, Tennessee. And we currently have 15 branches and we have two branches that will be opening in the near future. So as we looked into the future, we saw that the partnership with Elan would be one that would be beneficial to our members, and through the continued growth opportunities of those branches. We decided that to continue that alliance would be in our best interest. So we just recently renewed the contract to 2020. More often than not, our members need a robust credit card to help them live that life. We believe Elan's credit cards hit that mark. That represents a 75% increase over our previous card issuer. So our members are becoming more invested in Tennessee Valley through this product. Reaching out to all of the branch employees can be challenging and difficult at times but Elan provides the client resource center that is most helpful. The client Resource Center offers training and offers marketing offers reporting, and it also offers servicing functions. Senior management strongly encourages our staff to use the client Resource Center for the additional training they receive from it. And of course, the incentives really allow the staff to get motivated and excited about reaching credit card goals. With these direct mail programs. The effort on the credit unions part is very minimal. The campaigns are so professionally done as is all of the marketing campaigns they put out by Elan. So there's very little effort required on the part of the staff.
