Low and behold, 18 months later, we're having really good member acceptance, and then the financial results that we've seen, really surpassed our expectations. Simply make more members happy. Another reason we selected Elan as a provider, was that we were in the process of merging with another credit union and they had a relatively small portfolio, and Elan was more than willing to be able to convert those accounts to our accounts. We've solicited all new card holders and they were thrilled to be offered a new product with Franklin Mint Federal Credit Union branded on their card. They can log in, see everything that's going on as far as promotions. They have training modules, and it's really easy for other branch staff as well. When a member comes in with their direct mail piece, they're able to go on to see exactly what the promotion is. And then they're also able to see how many apps they took individually.
